Shipment Methods

Orders placed on business days before a certain cut-off time should ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cut-off time or on weekends should ship the following business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.

Will my order require a signature on delivery?

Orders above a certain value will require a signature upon delivery. For orders below that value, you may have the option to select ‘signature required’ at checkout.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, we only ship to the address specified on your order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each address.

Can I ship my package to a freight forwarder?

Using a freight forwarder is discouraged, as packages may be lost or damaged once they arrive. Using our international checkout ensures that we’re able to track your order until it arrives to you.
